An Extraordinary Journey: The Memoirs of a Physical Medium by Stewart Alexander ISBN-10: 0955705061, ISBN-13: 978-0955705069 See Saturday Night Press Publications You can also find the book in Amazon.com
This autobiographical book details the development over 40 years of England's most well-known present day physical medium, Stewart Alexander. A very private man, he has devoted his life to the work of helping those who have been bereaved by helping them make physical contact with those loved ones who have passed over. Not content with his own mediumship he has, over many years, looked into the mediumship of past well-known mediums who have been accused of fraudulent acts despite a mountain of genuine evidence for their mediumship and has his observation in these pages. A very readable book.

A New Science of The Paranormal Lawrence LeShan, Quest Books, October 2009. ISBN: 978-0-8356-0877-0
On page 4, LeShan notes that "The scientific study of paranormal phenomena ... is in complete disarray," and then attempts to address why this is so. One of the suggestions he offers is the idea that different principles of physics might apply in different realms or viewpoints. For instance, applying Newtonian principles to the study of light may not make sense. In the same way, does it make sense to apply mainstream physical principles to the study of subtle energy?
This book is one of those rare looks into the heart of our struggle to turn what we sense is true into a well-established basis of empirical understanding.

In much the same way that Raymond Moody’s Life After Life brought renewed hope to those who read it, Geoff Viney’s Surviving Death – by revealing in fascinating detail people’s amazing, real encounters with the “supernatural” – offers a new alternative to the age-old definition of death. Handbook of Psychic Discoveries Sheila Ostrander, and Lynn Schroeder, Berkeley Publishing Corp., New York, NY, 1975.
True Experiences in Communicating With The Dead Edited by Martin Ebon, The New American Library, Inc., New York, New York 1968
Is there a life beyond this life that we can see at rare moments of breakthrough? Some of the true cases … have occurred under the strictest laboratory conditions; others consist of messages flashed to ordinary and famous people in the midst of their everyday lives. Each incident defies a “natural” explanation – and offers evidence that another world, another life, exists after death. True Hauntings, Spirits with a Purpose Hazel M. Denning, Ph.D.Llewellyn Publications 1996 St. Paul, Minnesota ISBN 1-56718-218-6
The Afterlife Experiments, Breakthrough Scientific Evidence of Life After Death Schwartz, Gary, Ph.D. and William L. Simon, Pocket Star, New York, 2002 ISBN: B0001I1KN2
Are love and life eternal? This exciting account presents provocative evidence that could upset everything that science has ever taught. Daring to risk his worldwide academic reputation, Dr. Gary E. Schwartz, along with his research partner Dr. Linda Russek, asked some of the most prominent mediums in America -- including John Edward, Suzane Northrup, and George Anderson -- to become part of a series of extraordinary experiments to prove, or disprove, the existence of an afterlife.
This narrative puts the reader on the scene of a breakthrough scientific achievement: contact with the beyond under controlled laboratory conditions. In stringently monitored experiments, leading mediums attempted to contact dead friends and relatives of "sitters" who were masked from view and never spoke, depriving the mediums of any cues. The messages that came through stunned sitters and researchers alike. Dr. Schwartz was forced by overwhelmingly positive data to abandon his skepticism and reached some startling conclusions. Evidence from Beyond, An Insider’s Guide to the Wonders of Heaven—and life in the New Millennium Ruth Taylor, Brett Books, ISBN: 0963662058.
The book provides an interesting view of reality beyond the veil as described by one who lives there. We have read the book and find that its view is largely consistent with what amounts to a consensus cosmology of reality.
